Harrison oversees all aspects of OverUnder’s robust development, production, and operations. Throughout his career, he has successfully developed, sold, and produced over 25 series and specials across a variety of genres to multiple networks, including In Pursuit with John Walsh (ID), Heval & The CEO of Sinaloa (Curiosity Stream), Broken Harts (Discovery+), Who Killed Jeffery Epstein (ID), Game Changers with Robin Roberts (ABC), and the record-shattering ID Murder Mystery limited series banner (ID) as well as the powerhouse Fatal Attraction (TVOne), which has aired over 200 episodes. Prior to launching OverUnder, Harrison was an SVP at Jupiter Entertainment where he tripled the number of series in production, opened and expanded the New York office, and drove the company’s sale to European powerhouse Sky Studios. Harrison was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee.

With a hands-on approach to story development, creative style, and talent relations, Katherine manages a busy production and development slate, from pre-production through post-production. Most recently, she served as a Co-Executive Producer on In Pursuit with John Walsh and Michelle Carter: Love, Death & Texts, both for ID. Before joining OverUnder, Katherine spent over 7 years at Jupiter Entertainment where she rose from intern to Director of Development and Production, was instrumental in the company’s foray into digital content, and spearheaded an expansion of Jupiter’s philanthropic initiatives. Katherine was raised in Greenville, South Carolina and enjoys volunteering as a member of the New York Junior League.

Gregory Palmer began his career in commercial TV production in NYC in the late 90s and brings a wealth of experience on how to bring the most challenging projects to fruition. As a producer, director and showrunner, he’s worked in multiple genres from Lifestyles and Reality (HGTV, National Geographic), Science and Culture (Smithsonian), to True Crime (Discovery). His most recent work focuses on purpose-driven programming; from series like In Pursuit with John Walsh (ID) and The Missing (Discovery+) that strive to find missing children and bring dangerous fugitives to justice, to feature-length documentaries like Bad Henry (ID) and Broken Harts (Discovery+), that seek to reveal inherent biases and systematic failures in the criminal justice and child welfare system. Greg’s passion is digging in and unpacking complex and compelling stories, knowing that each can be an impactful vehicle for change.

As one of OverUnder’s staff producers, Liza works across multiple projects in both development and production, using the writing, producing, and archival experience she honed in six years at Jupiter Entertainment. Her most recent credits include Post Producer on In Pursuit with John Walsh for Investigation Discovery and Heval for CuriosityStream, and Archive Producer on Broken Harts for Investigation Discovery and 10 Things You Don’t Know for E!. Liza was born in Harare, Zimbabwe and went to high school in New Delhi, India, before moving to the United States for college, where she received a BS in Film and Television from Boston University.

A well versed producer with an international background and knack for research, development, and production, Tanja started working in the film industry in her native Germany. Following positions with an art-house film distributor and a post production facility, she was an Associate Producer for veteran Producer Regina Ziegler in Berlin for five years where she worked with maverick filmmakers such as Bob Rafelson, Amos Kollek, Jos Stelling, Petr Zelenka and Rosa von Praunheim. In 2003, Tanja moved to New York and became a feature length documentary producer for companies such as Maysles Films. Since 2009, she has had the pleasure of contributing to a number of series, specials, and limited programs, most notably In Pursuit with John Walsh, The 93 Victims of Samuel Little, Bad Henry, and Broken Harts.

Rose Land is the glue that holds OverUnder Content together. With her enthusiastic attitude and winning smile, she brightens up the office each and every day. Her duties include shredding documents (she’s so proactive she even shreds some papers before we ask!), watching cuts, and organizing daily outdoor activities. Rose enjoys chasing birds, destroying toys, and meeting up with her friends at the local park.
